To support our continued growth, we have created an excellent opportunity for an individual to join the BAYCOM team as a Technology Center Manager managing and executing the daily engineering and interactions at our state-of-the-art Lifeline Technology Center. 

BAYCOM’s Lifeline Technology Center was designed for customers to see, interact, and experience state-of-the-art technologies before investing in them. Centrally located in our Sun Prairie facility, you and our team will work side-by-side with customers to demonstrate how BAYCOM’s cutting-edge technologies combine to make operations safer and more efficient—today, tomorrow and into the future.

qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a technical role, preferably within the security, access control, or two-way radio industries.
  • Strong understanding of video security systems, access control, and two-way radio technologies.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to engage and educate customers and team members.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic environment.

 

key responsibilities: 

    • Manage the daily operations of BAYCOM’s Lifeline Technology Center, including product demonstrations, staging equipment, and maintaining a cutting-edge display of our security and communication solutions.
    • Engineer and provide technical support for sales proposals and projects.
    • Develop and deliver training programs for service technicians, ensuring they are up-to-date with the latest technologies and best practices.
    • Maintain secure access to demo video equipment and vendor websites, including managing credentials and access rights.
    • Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to stay ahead of industry trends and product offerings.
