- Proactively engage in outbound calling to potential customers using curated lead lists. Focus on initiating contact, introducing the company’s offerings, and generating interest to build a strong sales pipeline. Maintain a high volume of daily calls with professionalism and persistence.
- Build rapport with prospects and existing clients through consistent, value-driven communication. Foster trust and credibility by understanding customer goals and aligning them with company solutions, laying the groundwork for long-term partnerships.
- Collect and document key customer data including contact details, business needs, decision-making processes, and timelines. Ensure accurate and thorough input into CRM systems to support sales strategy and follow-up efforts.
- Ask insightful questions and actively listen to identify customer pain points, challenges, and objectives. Use this information to tailor conversations and position relevant products or services that address specific needs.
- Collaborate closely with Business Development Managers by qualifying leads, setting appointments, and providing detailed background information. Act as a liaison to ensure smooth handoffs and contribute to the overall success of the sales team.
