To support our continued growth, we have created an excellent opportunity for an individual to join the BAYCOM team as an  Service Technician Green Bay location. 

The Role… 

As a Service Technician at BAYCOM, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation and functionality of our customers’ security infrastructure. Your responsibilities will primarily involve the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of radio communication systems, video surveillance equipment, and door access controls.

  • Installing and configuring radio communication systems, video security cameras, and door access control systems?
  • Performing maintenance, inspections, and system updates to ensure optimal performance?
  • Troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving technical issues promptly and effectively?
  • Providing excellent customer service and technical support to clients?
