To support our continued growth, we have created an excellent opportunity for an individual to join the BAYCOM team as a Resource Planner at our Green Bay, WI office.


You Can Contribute and Have an Impact by…

  • Make strategic daily scheduling decisions that optimize productivity, leverage the diverse skillset of our technicians, and meet customer needs.
  • Relaying information such as work orders or other messages to and from technicians and leaders.
  • Collaborating with leaders and/or customers to resolve problems and requests for services or equipment.
  • Preparing daily work schedules for technicians, resolving conflicts as they occur.
  • Ensuring technicians are scheduled out 1-2 weeks in advance, making effective use of technicians’ time across all offices.
  • Prioritizing and organizing work requests, customer requests, completed work requests, charges for work performed, expenses for services performed, inventory records and other information.
  • Managing demand in long-term planning horizon utilizing generated forecast, strategic plan, and available resources.
  • Working closely with Sales, Project Management, Engineering, & Purchasing to best schedule and prioritize projects and calls.

Skills and Qualifications You Bring…   

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in proactive scheduling and resource planning.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze and prioritize competing demands.
  • Skilled in making timely decisions in a dynamic, fast paced environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to learn scheduling software and tools.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Interest in learning about the technology we provide to customers.
