Built around predictable costs, priority response, and system-specific support, SystemGuard reduces downtime and provides confidence that help is there when you need it.

SystemGuard service levels include:

  • SystemGuard Basic – Reactive support that covers break/fix labor and provides priority scheduling to quickly restore radio or security systems when issues arise.
  • SystemGuard Plus – Proactive support that goes beyond break/fix to include remote monitoring (where supported), software and firmware patching, and preventive maintenance to help identify and address issues before they impact operations or safety.

Each SystemGuard agreement is customized based on your system, environment, and operational needs, with flexible billing options and consolidated invoicing to support predictable annual budgeting.
