With experience spanning from Corporate Controller, Vice President of Integration, and executive leadership roles, she brings a proven ability to navigate complex financial landscapes, lead successful business integrations, and drive performance that supports long-term success.
When Katie joined OwnersEdge, a 100% employee-owned holding company, nearly eight years ago, her initial focus was leading financial operations across three operating companies: BAYCOM, Implecho, and QComp Technologies. Over time, she expanded her role beyond finance, gaining hands-on experience across operations, systems, and technical integrations. That broad, cross-functional exposure positioned her to step into the role of President at BAYCOM, where she now leads with a comprehensive understanding of both the business and its people.
At BAYCOM, Katie is focused on empowering teams, strengthening cross-departmental collaboration, and fostering an environment where employee-owners are engaged, accountable, and aligned around a shared mission. Her leadership approach connects financial insight with practical execution—ensuring strategy turns into measurable impact.
