To Thrive in this Role, You Will…
- Be responsible for all aspects of monthly financials, including but not limited to preparation and analysis of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Develop staff by managing performance, setting goals, providing ongoing training, and maintaining strong employee relationships.
- Monitor and analyze financial data, trends, and variances to provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Analyze cash flow performance by spearheading effective collection strategies.
- Prepare and review budgets, forecasts, and financial projections in collaboration with other departments.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development within the organization.
- Be the ERP systems champion, maximizing efficiency and streamlining operations through strategic use of our ERP systems.
- Coordinate and collaborate with external auditors during annual audits and reviews.
- Perform ad hoc analysis and projects as requested.
You Bring a Track Record of…
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance. CPA or MBA preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities across all levels of the organization
- Strong leadership skills with a dedication to driving and achieving results
- Knowledge of employee relationship building and performance management techniques
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Experience with other financial systems
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience with a portion of it being in a supervisory role
- Strong time management and organizational skills
