To support our continued growth, we have created an excellent opportunity for an individual to join the BAYCOM team as a Field Operations Manager at our Milwaukee, WI office.
qualifications & experience you bring:
- Strong leadership abilities
- Excellent organizational skills
- Analytical and goal-oriented
- Experience working with profit and loss statements
- Experience evaluating and training team members
- Ability to set clear expectations and hold a team accountable
- Demonstration of strong communication skills to technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience in working with Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, and Outlook
- An associate degree or higher

- Leading and empowering the local technician team by setting clear goals and expectations, creating developmental opportunities, and encouraging open and honest communication.
- Designing and implementing a training program that enhances employee performance, improves retention, and delivers consistent and excellent service to our customers.
- Utilizing key performance indicators to track progress and create an analytical basis for decision-making to improve financial results.
- Providing technical consultation across teams and with customers, including designing radio, video security, and/or access control systems, and providing equipment and labor details for customer quotes.
- Embracing a continuous improvement mindset focused on identifying, suggesting, and implementing process changes for improved performance.
- Modeling servant leadership, collaboration, and innovation, promoting a culture that balances accountability with inspiration across all teams
