To support our continued growth, we have created an excellent opportunity for an individual to join the BAYCOM team as a Lead Project Manager.


You Can Contribute and Have an Impact by…

  • Leading and assigning new projects to a small team of Project Managers
  • Managing assigned projects to ensure customer satisfaction with timeliness and quality
  • Collaborating with internal departments such as Accounting, Service, Engineering, Purchasing, Customer Service, and Sales to keep open lines of communication, ensure customers are invoiced in a timely manner, and manage high quality delivery of projects
  • Proactively conducting customer check-ins to communicate progress and answer questions
  • Facilitating weekly internal meetings to provide updates for ongoing projects
  • Managing labor forecasting
  • Driving progress toward improving project profitability and billable time metrics
  • Adapting to changing circumstances, to include reprioritization of work based on availability of parts, technicians, and customers
  • Creating reports and tracking metrics to monitor project progress


Skills and Qualifications You Bring…

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field or equivalent experience
  • Technical aptitude or a general interest in technology
  • Excellent management and organization skills related to Project Management and Customer Service
  • Strong customer focus
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Self-starter with a drive to continually learn
  • Highly adaptable – responding effectively to changes in situation or information
