The experience I had with every member of your staff was stellar. We became Baycom customers without a choice. I expected a nightmare in the transition. A couple small problems came up and each has been met with unbelievable service. Your staff has taken the "customer is always right'" mantra to heart. When I called to correct the billing we received in error, I encountered the receptionist. She was so helpful and friendly and knew exactly who to send me to. When I worked with the Accounts Receivable staff, she never once doubted me and corrected the bill immediately. When we had problems entering the new IP address, your technical staff did everything via phone in their power to help us. When our lack of knowledge and frustration became evident, they then sent out a service technician. The service technician was there that evening even though it was 8:00 at night. You see, because of my work schedule, I wasn't able to be home during normal office hours. I couldn't believe that a company would work around my schedule. The Technician fixed the problem and made sure ALL of our computers were up and running correctly before he left. He was quick and really knew what he was doing.

I had expected to dig my heels in and spend hours on the phone trying to correct problems when I received the letter of the change of ownership. Was I ever wrong! In total, I spent less than 15 minutes on the phone correcting what I thought would take days. In that time, I had the bill corrected, a diagnosis to the hardware problem and a technician on his way. It has been absolutely unbelievable and an awesome experience. I didn't think companies with the caliber of your staff were in existence any more. I know now that they reside at Baycom. Thank you for putting together a super team of staff. I'm sold……….Baycom is my choice from here on.
