What is BAYCOM announcing?

As of April 15, BAYCOM, TourGuide Solutions and BAYCOM Cellular have joined OwnersEdge Inc., an ESOP holding company based in Brookfield, Wis. Steve Elias, owner and president since 2007, will continue to lead all three companies.

With the recent changes, what does this mean for BAYCOM, BAYCOM Cellular and TourGuide Solutions’ customers?

That’s the best part, it’s business as usual for our customers! We don’t anticipate significant day-to-day changes. This means no changes to existing projects, no changes to your BAYCOM, BAYCOM Cellular and TourGuide Solutions’ contacts, and no changes to your paperwork and contracts.

Lisa Reardon will become CEO of each company but Steve Elias will continue in his role as President and the three businesses will remain based in Green Bay with Certified Service Centers in Green Bay, Neenah and Metro Milwaukee. To guide the businesses toward future growth, individual advisory boards will be established and each company will implement the OwnersEdge, Inc. strategic planning process.

We see this move as a catalyst for growth that will reinforce our commitment to our customers in the markets we serve. Most importantly, the Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) structure will reward our employees for their dedication and hard work and support our ‘customer first’ culture.

Who is OwnersEdge and what is an ESOP?

OwnersEdge, Inc. was formed in January 2015 as an ESOP holding company. Each of its portfolio companies are 100% employee owned. What will happen with my scheduled installation or service project?

All installation or service scheduled with BAYCOM will continue as planned. We pride ourselves in delivering a high level of service and support to our new customers, and we are committed to making this transition easy on you to make it feel like business as usual.

Does my current service maintenance contract change?

All service agreements and terms that were contracted with BAYCOM will be guaranteed for the duration of the agreement.
