Subscriber Repair Services
BAYCOM does repair and programming of subscriber (mobiles, portables, pagers, etc) communications equipment on a T&M & Flat Rate basis. Some subscriber repairs are done in our facilities. All work is performed by professional factory trained, licensed and or certified technicians.
Some subscriber equipment repairs are required by technology and economic reasons to be performed at special (usually original manufacturer) service depots. BAYCOM where appropriate will facilitate these repairs by packing, shipping and receiving your returned subscriber equipment repairs. Again, these repairs are usually T&M or Flat Rate at the depot rates.
Field Maintenance
Fixed and Infrastructure communications equipment must be serviced on site and in the field. Building tops and remote locations are as common as business offices. BAYCOM staffs a crew of experienced, licensed and certified field service personnel, with the appropriate fleet of vehicles, properly equipped and stocked with parts & test equipment to provide timely system service.
Most calls for field service received before noon will receive a response the same day.
Emergency field service 24 hours per day, 7 days per week is available as required.
T&M or Flat Rate
BAYCOM provides service and repair of communications equipment and systems on a Time & Material (T&M) basis. This service is charged at our hourly labor rate plus the added price of parts and materials used.
We also do repair and service at custom quoted flat rates as well as scheduled flat rates.
