Baycom, Inc., a Motorola authorized full service two-way radio and wireless communications dealer, seeks a qualified Two-Way Radio Technician to install, repair, align and maintain two-way radio communication systems in our Green Bay and Neenah Service Centers.

• Install and provide technical support for VHF/UHF and 800/900 MHz analog and digital voice and data systems, microwave systems, mobile and portable subscriber equipment.
• Install and maintain communications console equipment.
• Diagnose and repair wi-fi systems, in-vehicle video systems, IP video systems, public address systems, emergency vehicle siren and lighting systems.

Requirements for Field Service Radio Technician

• The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 3 years experience in the radio and communication field, extensive knowledge/understanding of two-way radio theory and communications systems.
• An FCC General Radiotelephone Operator License, ETA certification or equivalent industry certification a plus! Candidates must also possess clean driving record and valid Wisconsin drivers license.
• Must be willing and able to work after normal business hours for on call duties.
