A Baycom Broadband Support Representative will be happy to help you over the phone during these hours:

If necessary, a Baycom Broadband Service Technician will be dispatched within one business day to fix the problem.
Connecting to Your Wireless Network
Double-click on the wireless icon in your system tray
On the "Choose Wireless Network" screen double-click on "Baycom Broadband"
When asked for the Network Key, enter the Key found on the bottom of your wireless router
You will now be connected and see the wireless icon in your system tray without the "X"
Connection instructions for use on Windows XP system with default Windows wireless connection tool. Connection instructions may vary by wireless network card manufacturer software.
Security Tips
If you are running Windows XP, be sure Service Pack 2 is installed
To check if Service Pack 2 is installed, go to "Control Panel » System"
