Subscriber Repair Services
BAYCOM does repair and programming of subscriber (mobiles, portables, pagers, etc) communications equipment on a Time and Materials or Flat Rate basis. All programming and reprogramming of subscriber equipment is done in-house. What that means for you is quicker repairs so your equipment is back in your hands where it belongs faster.
For technological and warranty reasons, some subscriber equipment repairs must be performed at specific service depots. BAYCOM facilitates these repairs by packing and shipping your returned subscriber equipment repairs for you. These types of repairs are often charged on either a Time and Material or Flat Rate basis.
Fixed and Infrastructure communications equipment must be serviced on site and in the field. We don't care if you need us on the roof top or in the office, we'll send a crew of fully equipped, experienced, licensed and certified field service personnel to get the job done.
At BAYCOM, we realize that when something's not working, you need if fixed 10 minutes ago. That's why we offer same-day response for field service calls received before noon, and our emergency field service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Time & Material (T&M)
BAYCOM provides service and repair of communications equipment and systems on a Time & Material (T&M) basis. This service is charged at our hourly labor rate plus the added price of parts and materials used.
We also do repair and service at custom quoted flat rates as well as scheduled flat rates.
